Seniors in South Simcoe can take part in a number of programs being made available at no cost to them.
CONTACT Community Services has put together a selection of learning and entertainment classes with the intention of getting seniors out to socialize.
Some of the topics include First Aid, cooking, music, anti-fraud, yoga and floral design.
Many of the programs include take home components.
The programs are made available through funding by the Ontario Seniors Community Grant Program and the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program.
