As of today – you’ll need to start running to your train early.
Metrolinx says Monday, January 9th will be the start of GO trains closing their doors exactly one minute earlier than usual. They say this will lead to the trains arriving and leaving on schedule
This will affect all GO trains, but the UP Express and GO buses will remain on their same schedule.
There’s the chance this won’t be a permanent shift, as Metrolinx notes that it will take customer feedback on this change into consideration moving forward.
