Are you looking for some last-minute gifts? Check out the Last-Minute Holiday Market happening in Milton this week!
The event is being put together by Jaxx Swadi and the Made in Milton team. In an email, she says the idea is community-focused with small businesses in mind.
“It’s about promoting Milton based handmade small businesses to keep our business and spending here in town, along with always having a charitable component.”
Entry and prize table donations will be given to the Townsend Smith Hospice Foundation, who are looking to bring a hospice to North Halton. You can find out where the hospice is planned to be built here. TSHF Board Member and Milton Town Councillor Kristina Tesser Derksen will be on-site to discuss development plans.
It will be on Thursday, December 22nd from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Ned Devine’s Irish Pub at 575 Ontario Street South in Milton. To learn more about the Market, click here.
