A Burlington man has an extra six-figures in his bank account!
Brent Drover matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the October 22nd ONTARIO 49 draw to win $100,000.
The 55-year-old construction worker says he has been regularly playing the lottery since he was of legal age to purchase tickets, adding that this is his biggest win yet.
He checked his tickets while at the store when he discovered his big win. “I had to take a closer look. I was caught off guard. I told my family and they’re so happy for me.”
Brent plans to treat himself to a motorcycle and a trip to the east coast.
“I always hoped there would be a winning ticket with my name on it. It’s pretty sweet – it feels good,” Brent concluded.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Speers Road in Oakville.
