It’s that time of the year again!
The Town of Milton will be holding a Council meeting on Monday, December 12th at 7:00 p.m., where the 2023 proposed capital and operating budgets will be presented.

You can check out the proposed 2023 budget here. In a release, the Town says it “represents a continued strategic investment in Milton,” adding that “the budget is prepared with consideration for balancing taxpayer affordability with the service level expectations of the community.”
It will cover various investments from the Town, including:
- Customer service
- Modernization of services
- Sustainability – environmental and financial
- Quality community assets
- Asset Management
You can get involved with the budget by:
- Learning more about the 2023 proposed budget and highlights online
- Submitting comments to be considered in the budget process
- Registering to speak at the December 12th, meeting by submitting a Delegate Request Form by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 8th
- Attending or watching the live webcast of the Council budget meeting on December 12th
