Victoria Park Cenotaph in Milton (2020)
Reminder that while Friday, November 11th is Remembrance Day, Milton’s annual Remembrance Day Parade is being held a couple days later.
The parade will be on Sunday, November 13th. The Milton Legion will start the parade at 1:30 p.m. and it will run from the Legion building on Charles Street and march to the Cenotaph at Victoria Park for the service.
The Town of Milton warned of five road closures between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Those are:
- Charles Street from Pearl Street to Main Street East
- Main Street East from Charles Street to Bell Street
- Bell Street from Main Street East to Mary Street
- Mary Street from Bell Street to Town Hall
- Brown Street from Mary Street to Main Street East
