Town of Milton Council Chambers, 2019
The Town of Milton will be holding its inaugural Town Council meeting with the 2022-2026 Milton Councillors tonight.
That group includes:
- Mayor of Milton – Gord Krantz
- Regional Councillor for Ward 1 – Colin Best
- Town Councillor for Ward 1 – Kristina Tesser Derksen
- Regional Councillor for Ward 2 – Rick Malbeouf
- Town Councillor for Ward 2 – John Challinor
- Regional Councillor for Ward 3 – Sammy Ijaz
- Town Councillor for Ward 3 – Adil Khalqi
- Regional Councillor for Ward 4 – Sameera Ali
- Town Councillor for Ward 4 – Sarah Marshall
All nine will be officially sworn into office.
The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 21st at the FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton Mattamy Theatre at 1010 Main Street East in Milton. It will include a ceremony for the Mayor and Councillors to sign their declaration of office. The Mayor will provide an Inaugural address and introduce Members of Milton Council for 2022-2026.
