Police have identified the victim in a three vehicle collision on Highway 10 in Caledon on Tuesday, September 6th.
Caledon OPP say two of the drivers were air lifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. One driver was later pronounced deceased.
The deceased has been identified as 50-year-old Amarjit Singh Rai of Milton.
The other driver remains in critical condition at hospital.
Police are continuing their investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage are asked to contact police.
