A COVID-19 outbreak has been confirmed at Stevenson Memorial Hospital.
The outbreak was declared on September 2 in an Overflow Unit in the Alliston Hospital.
The outbreak includes three patients who tested positive for the virus.
All close contacts have been notified.
Enhanced cleaning has been implemented at the Hospital along with additional infection prevention and control measures, including additional COVID-19
testing.
The Overflow Unit is closed to admissions at this time, visitation has also been halted unless there are extenuating circumstances. (palliative patient)
