A man is wanted following a pair of sexual assault cases that occurred in Milton.
The Halton Regional Police Service – Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit (CASA) is asking for help in identifying the man responsible for two sexual assaults that occurred on the Union Gas Trail, located between Beaty Trail and Trudeau Drive in Milton.
On Saturday, August 13th, at roughly 7:30 a.m., a victim was walking a dog on the trail when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect attempted to engage the victim in conversation, then grabbed her hand and tried to kiss it.
On Monday, August 15th, at roughly 7:05 a.m., a second victim was walking a dog on the trail when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect attempted to engage her in conversation, then grabbed her hand and kissed it, and then further grabbed her by the face and kissed her on both cheeks.
The suspect is described as:
- Male, South Asian, 50-60 years old
- Short grey or white hair
- Approximately 170 cm tall
- Average to thin build
- He wore a grey T-Shirt on August 13
- He wore a blue T-shirt on the 15

Sexual assault is any touching of another person without their consent where the touching is of a sexual nature, or where the sexual integrity of the victim is violated. A sexual assault can range from unwanted touching to sexual assault involving penetration.
There is no statute of limitation when it comes to reporting a sexual assault. This means that no matter how long ago the sexual assault happened, you can still report it to police for investigation.
