The latest COVID-19 stats from the Halton Region show a three additional deaths in the totals. Two of the deaths appear to be a Burlington residents, giving the city 146 deaths total. The other is an Oakville resident, putting the town at 110 deaths total. Milton remains at 70 deaths total. Halton Hills remains at 68 deaths total. Halton is now at 394 deaths total from COVID-19.
Across Halton, there are 166 new cases since Tuesday. The total number of cases is up to 52,747. There have been 1,395 total hospitalizations in Halton and 394 deaths.
In Milton, we had 40 new cases since Tuesday. That brings us to 13,914 total cases. There have been 326 total hospitalizations in Milton and 70 deaths.

Looking at vaccination numbers, a total of 1,379,699 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Halton. 1,228,486 of the doses were to Halton residents.
