The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for a suspect in a hit and run case.
On Monday, July 18th, at roughly 2:12 p.m., a dark colored four door sedan was driving eastbound on Thomas Alton Boulevard in Burlington when the suspect vehicle swerved and struck a parked Audi Q5. The struck vehicle was unoccupied at the time and the suspect vehicle did not remain on scene.
The suspect vehicle was caught on CCTV footage nearby showing the driver of the vehicle getting out and looking at the damage and walking around the vehicle. The driver acknowledges that he had hit another car and appears frustrated.
The suspect driver is described by the HRPS as:
- male, early twenties, average build, 5’7, wearing a white long sleeve, shorts and what appears to be blonde hair.
