Church bells will be ringing today at Kilbride United Church in Burlington to mark the 55th anniversary of Marianne Schuett’s disappearance.
Marianne was abducted on April 27th in 1967, from in front of her school in Kilbride at the age of 10, and never seen again.
The bells will ring at 4pm at 2066 Kilbride Street as a reminder of Schuette and those still looking for her.
Many will also be gathering at the bench that was placed in front of Kilbride Public School (6611 Panton St, Burlington) last year in her honour.
