Crime Stoppers of Halton is holding a document shredding fundraiser in Oakville this weekend.
They’re giving residents an opportunity to safely dispose of important papers while supporting the organization. For a donation of their choice, residents can have documents professionally shredded on site. Volunteers will unload vehicles, and attendees can watch as their old documents are securely destroyed.
The fundraiser takes place Saturday, September 26th, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Halton Regional Police Service Headquarters at 2485 North Service Road West in Oakville.
Donations will be accepted in all forms of payment.
