An Oakville man is the latest local lottery winner.
Franco M. has $100,000 to put toward his dreams after winning a MAXPLUS prize in the July 24th LOTTO MAX draw.
“I’ve had a few smaller wins in the past, but this is my first major win,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall. “I thought, ‘This can’t be real!’ I don’t think I fully believed it at first.”
He plans to put his winnings toward a trip to Italy.
The winning ticket was purchased at Sobeys on Maple Grove Drive in Oakville.
