A Burlington man has been arrested following an investigation by Halton Regional Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit.
The investigation first began in May. As a result, 34-year-old Mark Kiczorowski was arrested on Thursday, September 10th and charged with the following:
- Making Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Accessing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Possession of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material
- Voyeurism (10 Counts)
- Mischief Under $5,000 (5 Counts)
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.
The voyeurism charges stem from the recording of individuals at various locations across Burlington. Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact D/Cst Verreault of the HRPS Internet Child Exploitation Unit (I.C.E) at 905-825-4747 x8986.
