The Halton Regional Police Service says that Kathleen Rand had been found safe and is no longer missing.
The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) were seeking the public’s assistance in locating the missing Oakville woman.
Kathleen Rand (22) of Oakville was last seen in the area of Dundas Street West and Third Line in Oakville on the morning of Aug. 13. She is of no fixed address and is known to frequent the Oakville and Burlington areas.
Kathleen is described as:
- Female
- White
- Approximately 5’6” tall, 160 pounds
- Red hair
Police and family were concerned for her well-being.
