The Milton Curling Club has received a $186,300 Capital Grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation to support renovations aimed at improving the facility’s safety and accessibility.
This funding was announced by Milton MPP Zee Hamid on Tuesday, July 28th. The grant will help fund facility upgrades to ensure the club remains a safe, accessible, and welcoming space for members and the broader community.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Capital Grant program supports community sport, recreation, arts, culture, and heritage organizations by funding repairs, renovations, and equipment purchases that improve community spaces.
The member-owned Milton Curling Club has served the community since 1964, offering leagues, learn-to-curl programs, and special events. The club celebrated its 60th anniversary during the 2025-26 season.
The Ontario Trillium Foundation invests more than $110 million annually in community projects across Ontario through funding provided by the provincial government.
