Photo in FM 101 Milton files
Families are invited to lace up their running shoes and support programs for girls at the annual All 4 Her 5K fundraiser, hosted by the Milton Community Resource Centre.
The family-friendly event features a 5K run, a Kids Dash, and a 2.5-kilometre community and family walk.
Organizers say participants can also enjoy games, family activities, vendors, music, prizes and other entertainment throughout the morning.
Funds raised through the event will support the Milton Community Resource Centre’s free programs for girls.
Whether running, walking, cheering on participants or fundraising, community members are encouraged to get involved and help support local youth programming.
It takes place Saturday, June 13th, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Milton Community Sports Park.
