Property owners in Milton now have a new way to manage their tax accounts, with the Town launching a secure online Property Tax Portal designed to provide convenient access to tax information and services.
The new portal allows registered users to access their property tax accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Property owners can view current and previous tax details, check account balances, review payment and transaction history dating back to January 1st, 2026, and print statements, bills, and adjustment notices.
The portal also enables users to sign up for eBilling, update mailing addresses, enrol in or cancel Autopay plans, and change banking information associated with Autopay.
“The Property Tax Portal reflects the Town’s commitment to improving service and expanding digital access for our residents,” says Glen Cowan, Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Milton. “In just a few clicks, registered property owners can securely and conveniently access and manage their tax information.”
The Town says rollout of the portal will occur in phases. Existing eBilling customers will be invited to register and begin using the platform this month, while broader promotion of the service is planned for later this summer.
Officials say the Property Tax Portal is part of Milton’s ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at modernizing municipal services and improving the customer experience for residents.
