The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is now accepting applications for its free Mentoring Youth (M.Y.) Camp program for 2026.
The program is open to students in Grades 7 through 9 across Halton who are interested in community safety, leadership development, and learning more about policing.
Police say participants will take part in activities aimed at building confidence, self-esteem, and life skills while working alongside HRPS officers and community partners. Students will also receive hands-on exposure to different policing units and career roles within the service.
Applications for this year’s camp must be submitted by Monday, June 8th at 4:00 p.m.
