A long-standing community fundraising tradition is set to return to Tottenham this spring.
The Tottenham CRIC has announced its annual Draw & Dance will take place on Saturday, May 2nd, bringing residents together for an evening of entertainment and community support. The event will feature dinner, live music, dancing, a photobooth and a grand elimination draw with nearly $50,000 in prizes, including a 2026 Honda Civic LX.
Organizers say the event has been a cornerstone of the community for more than 45 years, with the volunteer-run organization contributing over $700,000 toward local recreation and cultural initiatives since its founding in 1979. Proceeds from this year’s event will support enhancements to community spaces and recreation opportunities at the Tottenham Community & Fitness Centre.
“Every ticket sold helps us continue investing in programs, spaces, and opportunities that bring our community together,” says a representative from Tottenham CRIC.
With only 1,200 tickets available, the event is expected to sell out, continuing its tradition as one of the community’s most anticipated annual fundraisers.
