A 38-year-old man from Toronto has been charged with:
- Careless Driving
- Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance
- Drive Vehicle or Boat With Cannabis Readily Available
- Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
His driver’s licence has been suspended and the vehicle was impounded.
