The free event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th, featuring a series of workshops and activities focused on women’s health, creativity, and community connections. Programming includes an Art Hive session, a gut health workshop, discussions on women’s health across the lifespan, breast and cervical cancer screening information, supports for newcomer women, and guidance on finding the right bra fit at different stages of life.
An evening author talk will also take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., featuring Brianne Sommerville speaking about motherhood and mental health.
Admission is free, though organizers are encouraging donations to the Period Drive supporting those in need.
