The Halton Regional Police Service is searching for a suspect following a robbery at a cannabis store in Milton.
On Saturday, January 24th, at about 3:40 p.m., a woman entered Taste Buds Cannabis/Smoke Shack at 26 Main Street East. The suspect selected a bong and two packages of hash before leaving the store without attempting to pay.
As an employee followed, the suspect allegedly brandished a can of pepper spray and threatened the employee before fleeing westbound toward Bronte Street.
The suspect is described by the HRPS as:
- Female
- White
- approximately 45 years-old
- 5’2″
- blue eyes
- wearing a black hoodie, and black leggings
