The Milton Menace are one win closer to the start of the OJHL Playoffs.
They took on the Georgetown Raiders in front of 130 people at the Mold Masters Sportsplex on Tuesday, February 17th.
Mid-season acquisition Wolf Giles kicked off the scoring in the first with 21st of the year. Georgetown eventually tied it up, making it 1-1 after 20 minutes of action.
Menace star Tristan Tremble then added his 20th of the season, giving the boys a one-goal lead.
The Menace would keep the offensive pressure on, outshooting the Raiders 54-27 by the end of the game. The Raiders netminder was able to stay strong, keeping the game close. Milton beat Georgetown 2-1.
Hayden Duncan was in net for Milton, stopping 26 of 27 shots – good for a .962% save percentage and the win.
Next up is a home game against the Caledon Admirals at the Milton Memorial Arena on Friday, February 20th. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

There’s just ten days left in the regular season, with the Menace playing four more games. The postseason will begin in March.
