The Coldest Night of the Year once again returns to Milton later this month.
Funds raised locally will support Milton Transitional Housing, a registered Canadian charity that provides bridge housing and supportive counselling to individuals in Milton facing a housing crisis. The organization helps participants overcome barriers while working toward stable, independent housing.
Organizers say 102 walkers, 28 teams, and 83 volunteers are already signed up, with 23 days remaining until the event.
The event will take place on Saturday, February 28th at the Milton Sports Centre, located at 605 Santa Maria Boulevard in Milton.
Residents interested in registering, donating, or volunteering can find more information here.
