The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) needs help in finding a suspect involved with a hit and run investigation in Oakville.
On Friday, January 23rd, at roughly 11:10 am, officers responded to the intersection of Dundas Street East and Oak Park Boulevard where an investigation determined a 67-year-old female pedestrian was struck by a passing vehicle. The suspect vehicle failed to remain at the scene.
The victim was transported to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
The HRPS is attempting to identify the suspect vehicle and is requesting anyone with information regarding this investigation, including any security or dash cam video from the area of Dundas Street East and Oak Park Boulevard on January 23rd, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. to contact Constable Madison Hall at Madison.hall@haltonpolice.ca.
