An Oakville man is celebrating a major lottery win after claiming a $1 million top prize playing Instant in the Money Multiplier.
Lensworth Reece works in the skilled trades and said he has been playing OLG lottery games since he was old enough to buy a ticket, often choosing from a variety of games.
“I played my ticket and didn’t know how much I’d won at first,” Reece said while visiting the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings. “When I checked it at the store and realized I’d won the top prize, it threw me for a loop. I couldn’t believe it and was shaking a little.”
Reece described the win as life-changing and is considering purchasing a home. The goal is to enjoy the future ahead.
“I’m going to live life to the fullest!”
The winning ticket was purchased at K & J Variety on Westoak Trails Boulevard in Oakville.
