A Milton woman is facing an impaired driving charge following an early-morning medical call – that she made!
Guelph Police and Emergency Medical Services responded to an address on York Road at roughly 12:45 a.m. on Tuesday, January 13th after a woman pulled her vehicle over and called 911. During the response, officers searched the vehicle and located a small quantity of crystal methamphetamine.
The woman was transported to hospital, where blood samples were taken for further analysis.
A 31-year-old Milton woman has been charged with impaired operation. She is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
