Residents are being invited to spread a little extra kindness this winter by taking part in the Valentines for Seniors initiative with the Milton Public Library.
From Monday, January 5th to Friday, January 30th, you can stop by any of the three library branches to create a heartfelt Valentine for a local senior. Organizers say a simple message of love, care, or connection can go a long way in brightening someone’s day and helping seniors feel less isolated.
The initiative aims to strengthen community connections while offering residents an easy and meaningful way to give back during the winter months.
Those interested can visit their local library branch during regular hours to participate.
Find each branch here:
- Main Library – 1010 Main Street East
- Sherwood Library – 6355 Main Street West
- Beaty Library – 945 Fourth Line
