South Simcoe Police are investigating a daytime robbery involving two youth victims outside a business on Jans Boulevard in Innisfil.
Police say it happened at around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17th, when two boys were approached while walking along the roadway and directed behind a nearby business. One victim was pushed against a wall and had his jacket stolen, while the second victim escaped to get help and call police. The suspects fled the area in a vehicle, and no physical injuries were reported. The victims were later released into the care of their parents.
Investigators are canvassing the area for surveillance footage to identify the suspects and the vehicle involved.
