The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is inviting the community to celebrate the season at Holidays at the Village.
This free event takes place at the HRPS Children’s Safety Village, an interactive miniature town designed to teach primary school students about road, rail, and community safety. Located on a 1.5-acre site in Oakville, the Village features paved roads, traffic signals, sidewalks, and a railroad crossing, and typically hosts seasonal safety programming for Halton schools. While programming runs throughout the school year, the site closes during school breaks, holidays, and the summer months.
Holidays at the Village is on Friday, December 5th, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It will feature holiday lights, crafts, carols, treats, and photo opportunities with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Registration is not required, and the event is open to all residents free of charge.
Find the Children’s Safety Village at 1151 Bronte Road in Oakville.
