A Burlington woman is celebrating a major lottery win after taking home a $500,000 top prize!
Olga Michalopoulos discovered her winnings while checking her ticket at a local store. She says the machine lit up with the prize amount, leaving her shocked, disbelieving and overjoyed.
The teacher immediately called her husband, who was excited to hear the news.
She plans to use the money to support her family and hopes to take a vacation.
Her winning ticket was purchased at the Fortinos grocery store on Appleby Line in Burlington.
