The Milton Menace had another game postponed this past week.
They’ll play the King Rebellion on a later date.
Their game against the Collingwood Blues on Friday, November 7th still went off as planned. It was Canadian Forces Appreciation Night in the building.
It was a scoreless first period, as the Menace were able to outshoot the Blues 15-9.
In the second period, Gabriel Ciarallo scored his 7th of the season, assisted by Josh Currie and Tristan Tremble. That was quickly followed up by Nathan Catalano’s 1st of the year, with help from Ivan Fabjan. It was 2-0 Milton after 40 minutes of action.
The Blues would get on the board late in the third period, with Milton answering back almost immediately. Tristan Tremble’s 6th of the season, this one shorthanded and assisted by Captain Graeme MacAuley and Gabe Runco, gave the Menace enough cushion to cruise to a 3-1 win.
Austin McKillop was in net for the Menace. He stopped 31 of 32 shots, giving him the .968% save percentage.
Pending anymore bad weather, the Menace will hit the highway and travel to Leamington on Thursday, November 13th. Game time against the Flyers is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.
They then take on the Oakville Blades on the road this Saturday, before hosting the Niagara Falls Canucks on Sunday, November 16th. Buy your tickets for any/all home games here.
