A second passenger in last week’s collision in Halton Hills has died from injuries.
The crash happened on Tuesday, September 30th on Regional Road 25 near 17 Sideroad. The vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree. The driver sustained non-life threatening injuries while the three passengers were taken to nearby trauma centres in critical condition. Two have since died.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) has confirmed that one of the passengers injured in a serious crash in Halton Hills this week has died in hospital.
Police say two other passengers remain in critical condition, while the driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision happened at around 3:51 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30th, when a white passenger van traveling northbound on Regional Road 25 near 17 Sideroad left the roadway and struck a tree. Three passengers were rushed to trauma centres with life-threatening injuries, while the driver was taken to a local hospital.
HRPS’ Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation and continues to appeal for witnesses or anyone with dashboard camera footage from the area at the time of the collision.
