The Kidney Foundation’s largest community fundraiser is stepping into Halton this weekend with the 2025 Kidney Walk.
Taking place in 28 communities across the country this September, the walk unites families, friends, and supporters to celebrate the strength of the kidney community while raising vital funds for programs and services that help thousands living with kidney disease.
This year’s local event will be held at Bronte Heritage Waterfront Park, located at 2340 Ontario Street in Oakville, on Sunday, September 28th. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m., with the walk starting at 10:00 a.m.
The Kidney Walk offers a chance for the community to rally behind loved ones, honour those affected, and contribute to ongoing research and support services.
