Halloween is just around the corner!
The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury (BWG) Youth Team is daring the community to step inside the Nightmare on Colborne Street, a haunted house experience designed to thrill guests of all ages.
“We love being able to offer something for everyone,” says N’Diia Maharaj, Recreation Supervisor. “Families with young children can come earlier for a fun, spooky adventure, while thrill-seekers can return later for a truly haunting experience.”
It’s running October 21st to October 25th at the Youth Recreation Centre, located at 226 Colborne Street, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.
To make the event accessible to everyone, two scare levels are available each day. Families with young children can attend the Less Scary version (4:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.), where lights stay on and no jump scares are included. For those craving a fright, the Scarier version (6:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) delivers a darker setting with staff ready to jump out at visitors.
Admission is just $3 cash-only drop-in, giving visitors access to eerie halls filled with strobe lights, loud noises, and jump scares. Organizers note the experience may not be suitable for all visitors, and entry is at guests’ own risk.
