Drivers in New Tecumseth are being advised of a temporary road closure on 11th Line, between Tottenham Road and Adjala-Tecumseth Townline, later this week.
The closure is required to accommodate an Emergency Services Exercise designed to strengthen preparedness and response capabilities within the community.
No through traffic will be permitted during the closure. Detour signs will be posted to guide drivers. Local access may be restricted depending on the nature of the exercise.
It’s happening on Thursday, September 25th, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Officials encourage residents and commuters to plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time.
