New Tecumseth Mayor Richard Norcross and Council have announced a $2,500 donation to the Mobile Youth Walk-In Clinic (MOBYSS), a service dedicated to providing free, confidential mental health and medical support to local youth ages 12 to 25.
The funding comes from proceeds raised at the Mayor’s Charity Bursary Cup Classic Golf Tournament, an annual event that channels community support into meaningful local initiatives.
MOBYSS (Mobile York South Simcoe) gives young people access to a nurse practitioner, youth mental health worker, and peer support specialist in a safe, welcoming space – no health card or referral required. Services are 100% free and confidential, making it easier for youth to get the help they need without barriers.
