The Milton Chamber of Commerce has announced Erin Caldwell as its new Interim President & CEO.
A longtime Milton resident, Caldwell has lived, worked, and raised her family in the community, making her deeply connected to the town she will now help guide toward continued growth. With an honours bachelor degree from Laurier and additional studies in finance and human resources management, she brings more than 20 years of professional experience in government and post-secondary education.
The Chamber says Caldwell is widely recognized for her diplomacy, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver high-profile projects while building trust between institutions and the communities they serve. She has also led cross-functional teams, engaged elected officials, and developed partnerships that support economic prosperity.
She officially takes over the temporary position on Monday, September 29th.
