The preseason continues for the Milton Menace this weekend!
They took part in a home-and-away series with the Aurora Tigers last weekend, walking away with a pair of wins. Read more here.
On Sunday, August 24th, they’ll play their third of four preseason match-ups. This time they’ll take on the King Rebellion. In four games last season, the Menace and Rebellion split even, going 2-2.
Fun fact: The Rebellion moved to King in 2024 from Brantford. The Brantford 99ers were previously known as the Milton Icehawks up until their departure in 2018. Under various different names, that organization’s connection to Milton dated back to 1966. The Milton Menace were brought to town in 2019 when current Owner and President Jason Tryfon purchased the Newmarket Hurricanes.
Sunday’s match-up will take place at Iceland Arena in Mississauga. Game-time is scheduled for 4:30 p.m.
The fourth and final preseason Menace game will be on Friday, August 29th, also against the Rebellion. That will be at the Sherwood Community Centre in Milton.
