The Milton Public Library is now accepting applications for its 2025-2026 Teen Advisory Group (TAG).
It offers local high school students the chance to earn community service hours while supporting library programs for children, teens, and adults. Opportunities include joining the Advisory Committee, assisting with programs, serving as a Reading Buddy to help children improve their literacy skills, and contributing to the Teen Buzz initiative.
Applicants must be in Grades 9 to 12, have completed Grade 8, and live or attend school in Milton. The MPL is seeking teens who are reliable, enthusiastic, community-minded, and eager to develop new skills.
Submissions are open until Friday, September 26th. Interviews for selected applicants will be arranged by Friday, October 3rd.
Applications can be submitted online or in person at any branch.
