Milton is testing QR codes in local parks to let residents easily report issues, like full trash cans or damaged equipment.
Reports go directly to staff to speed up responses and improve maintenance.
Doug Sampano, the Town’s Community Services Commissioner, says the project aims to keep parks clean and usable.
The pilot parks include Rotary, Fitzgerald, Bristol District, and Ford Neighbourhood Parks.
