St. George and St. Abanoub Coptic Orthodox Church
The 10th Annual Abanoub Milton Coptic Festival returns this weekend.
Held every July, the festival commemorates St. Abanoub, a 12-year-old Christian martyr from the 4th century who is celebrated for his courage and devotion. The event highlights Coptic history, faith, and culture while creating a vibrant, family-friendly experience.
Festivalgoers can enjoy a full day of activities including games, bouncy castles, pony rides, face painting, water fun, hair braiding, and food. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the event, promising an even bigger celebration for the whole community.
It’s happening on Saturday, July 26th, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at St. George and St. Abanoub Coptic Orthodox Church, located at 555 Steeles Avenue East in Milton.
