Milton's GO station building
The next phase of upgrades is underway at Milton GO Station as part of a year-long improvement project.
This phase includes resurfacing work in the northwest corner of the parking lot off Main Street East, resulting in the closure of approximately 260 parking spaces. They should reopen by August 10th.
Commuters are reminded to follow all posted signage and use caution around active construction areas.
The ongoing upgrades began earlier this year with improvements to the station building and accessible washrooms. Temporary washrooms remain available on the west side of the building near the accessible parking area.
Once the current resurfacing phase is complete, future work will focus on upgrading the rest of the parking lot, train platform, and bus loop. Planned improvements also include replacing aging platform shelters and lighting.
