Milton Transit riders can expect several service updates starting next week.
As of Monday, June 30th, select routes will run every 30 minutes betweem 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Those include Routes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9/9A, with minor timing adjustments to improve reliability.
Notably, Route 9A has been modified to match summer school hours at Elsie MacGill Secondary School, while the final Route 21 eastbound trip will now depart Milton GO at 9:20 p.m. Transit users in the Bowes Neighbourhood can also take advantage of a newly added OnDemand zone for improved access.
With the school year ending, school special services will be paused for the summer and will resume in September when classes are back in session.
