Police responded to a disturbance in a Queen Street North parking lot Wednesday, involving a large group of students and several damaged vehicles.
An investigation showed a blue Acura intentionally struck a black Audi, injuring a passenger who was taken to hospital.
The Acura then hit another vehicle before fleeing the scene, officers later found the suspect vehicle in Alliston and arrested the 19-year-old driver.
A 16-year-old passenger fled but later turned himself in.
Both have been charged and are awaiting a bail hearing, the investigation is ongoing.
