A summer classic is returning to Milton for another year.
The 43rd Annual Strawberry Fair is taking place at the Milton Fairgrounds on Saturday, June 21th. All proceeds will support the Milton District Hospital.
It officially kicks off with a pancake breakfast at 8:00 a.m. There will then be opening ceremonies at 9:00 a.m., kickstarting the day of fun.
Attendees can expect the Strawberry Tent to return, filled with fresh strawberries, ice cream, shortcake, and slushies available for purchase all day long.
There will also be a children’s area, featuring:
- sand pile
- bracelet making
- teddy bear adoption
- Milton Fire truck
- Halton Police car
- St. John’s Ambulance
A magic show will hit the main stage at 11:30 a.m.
There will be a Bouncy Castles Entertainment Stage with live local entertainment, hosted by MC Rockin’ Rob Hewlett.
Take in the vendor marketplace with local vendors and crafters, as well as a new car showcase from local dealers.
Admission and parking will be free, with cash donations accepted at the gates.
The day is expected to wrap up by 4:00 p.m.
