We’re just a couple days out from the return of the Downtown Milton SummerFest!
Live music will fill Main Street with performances on the BMO Stage, featuring both local and regional acts. The night wraps up with a headline performance by CMAGIC5 at 7:00 p.m. The SummerFest Community Stage will host more entertainment, including local artists and interactive demonstrations.
For those 19+, the Beer Market, hosted by Third Moon Brewing, offers a refreshing way to enjoy the festivities.
Visitors can browse over 100 local vendors offering everything from handmade goods and accessories to delicious treats and food truck fare. Local restaurants and patios will also feature special menus and dining deals throughout the day. Families can enjoy the Kids’ Fun Zone, complete with inflatables, Lego stations, and a rock-climbing wall.
This year’s event supports the Pack a Bag for a Friend Foundation. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation of new pyjamas (infant to age 18) and learn more about the organization’s mission to help children and youth in need.
Getting there is easier than ever as Milton Transit services, including fixed-route, OnDemand, and Access+, will be free all day, with extended service until 8:30 p.m. Click here for full route details.
Note that Main Street East will be closed to traffic from Brown Street to Fulton Street, along with several nearby streets and parking lots, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
It’s happening on Saturday, June 7th, along Milton’s Main Street East from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It’s presented by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area with support from the Town of Milton. This year’s event is sponsored by BMO Financial Group.
